Admin Assistant - Payroll - Senior Helpers - Brisbane Central

At Senior Helpers we provide quality at home care for the elderly.  Our Caregivers provide personal care, transportation, light housework and meal preparation.
 
If you are a mature person who enjoys helping in all aspects of the running of a small but busy office, in a partime/casual role and empathetic to the challenges of caring of an elderly person, we want to hear from you.  
 
The role includes and not limited to:

•Payroll 
•Invoicing
•Keeping Management informed of Award, wages and policy changes
•Review policy, forms & procedures
•Assisting with recruitment
•Scheduling
•Liaising with Clients and Caregivers
•Data Entry
 
Essential:
•Confident with Quickbooks (must have to be considered)
•Excel & Word intermediate
•Available Tuesday mornings (other hours to be negotiated).
 
Desirable:
•Ability to learn new procedures & the

Seneto database
•Flexibility take on ownership of the role
•Police check or willing to get
 
We are a young and growing company which offers above award wages and flexibility of working hours. (approx 12-15hrs per week).
